Technical support during repairing of the pipeline air

crossings of gas pipelines

A mathematical model for determining the static stress-strain state of the pipeline during its lifting and maintenance over emergency supports during the execution of repair work on supports is developed.

The model allows you to calculate the lifting forces for a given level of lifting above the supports and optimally place the minimum number of cranes of pipe-layingers for the safe performance of repair work at the permissible values of stresses in the pipeline.

The simulation results were used during repair works on the gas pipeline and allow  to justify the safety of repair cranes on existing pipelines.
